We understand how frustrating it is, when a product does not function as intended. This is why we try to solve all claims as fast as possible. The fastest way is to make a complaint is to fill in and send the form below, thereafter we will get back to you with a ticket number and agree on further action on the matter.

Note: We do not accept returned products to KVM unless agreed with Internal Sales in Haderslev, Denmark. All claims and returned products has to go through the installer and therefore we cannot receive return products from private customers.
